An excellent opportunity to join a Financial Planning company as an Office Administrator in Solihull.

This company are an independent financial advisory firm which is directly authorised and has been running for 50 years. They are a small, close-knit team looking for the next addition. The firm looks out for its employees by using nice offices with facilities such as a free fitness suite, subsidised restaurant and free parking.

The Role
  • Administrator and advisor support role - attend client meetings, prepare documents and investment valuations
  • Provide general administration including new business tracking and dealing with client enquiries
  • Looking for someone to shadow the office manager with the intention of taking over the role in several years
  • Systems used are IO and Cash Flow Calculator
Required Skills And Qualifications
  • Looking for someone with at least a year of experience working in financial services
  • No qualifications required
