An entry level position. General office administration including: -

Photocopying

Ordering stationery and other office equipment as required

Supporting staff with ad-hoc administrative tasks

Reception cover

Collecting and sending post

Keeping the staff kitchen area clean and tidy and making tea and coffee for other staff and visitors.

You will need to have a good telephone manner and be able to provide great customer service. Some administrative experience would be useful. Good computer skills are essential (including Outlook and Microsoft) along with a ’can do’ attitude. You will need to have the ability to prioritise work and manage expectations during busy times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
