What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office
  • Prepare reports, memos, letters and other documents
  • First point of contact for on site visitors catering for any requirements they may need
  • Dealing with incoming calls and delivering high level customer service
  • Creating and updating client profiles
  • Booking client appointments and updating calendars
  • Maintain business to business networking relationships
  • Carry out Marketing tasks
