An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone who wishes to develop their career in the NHS working for the Thames Valley and Wessex neonatal Operational Delivery Network (ODN). The local care co-ordinator will work as part of a team to enhance the experience of families which is a key deliverable of the Neonatal Critical care Review

The ODN’s are established to deliver whole system work programmes based on the NHS Outcomes Framework for quality and standards expressed in NHS Service Specifications ,in order to drive improves in patient pathways.The Network includes 14 provider neonatal units in 13 Trust across this geography.Babies and their families are at the heart of everything we do as a network and our vision is to offer all a high standard of seamless care throughout their neonatal care journey, working in collaboration and co -production with our Parent advisory group
