KPJ3136 | Nursing Unit Manager | Falkirk, Stirlingshire £20.00 p/h (NHS Band 7) - Circa £45.7k | 44 Hours - Days | RGN/RMN/RNLD Considered A leading nursing home on the outskirts of Falkirk is looking to recruit a Registered Adult Nurse to join their management team as Nurse Unit Manager this would be on a full-time permanent basis. About the Nurse Unit Manager role and what the home is offering: A permanent full-time contract of either 44 hours per week on day shifts 2 days a week supernumerary A competitive hourly pay of £20.00 which is in line with NHS Band 7 pay rates and equates to an annual salary in the region of £45,700 Comprehensive induction, with ongoing training and career development opportunities Bank Holiday Enhancements 100% NMC annual fee contribution "Refer a Friend" scheme paying up to £500 Exclusive online retail discounts and cash back PVG application paid for Discounted Health Club memberships Company Pension SchemeAs Unit Manager, you will coordinate the planning and implementation of care within the unit, along with managing and monitoring service delivery.
