We are looking for a passionate and experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead their dedicated team and continue their tradition of excellence.

Role Overview:

As the Nursing Home Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and quality of life of our residents. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, and work towards maintaining the highest standards of care. Your leadership and clinical expertise will be essential in achieving the client’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the nursing home, ensuring a safe and caring environment for residents.

Implement and maintain the highest standards of care, particularly in dementia care.

Foster a culture of dignity, respect, and excellence within the nursing home.

Manage staff, budgets, and resources effectively.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.

Build positive relationships with residents, their families, and the wider community.

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin - Desired but not essential

Proven experience in a managerial role within a care setting.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Expertise in dementia care is highly desirable.

A commitment to enhancing the well-being of the elderly.
