Overview… Leading opportunity to join a proven nursing home provider in the Astbury area of Cheshire. CureYourSearch are recruiting for a strong CQC registered manager to oversee a stunning nursing home that specialises in nursing and residential care for the elderly. We are ideally looking for a manager with 2 years registered manager experience and ideally having achieved a Good or improved CQC rating. This is an excellent time to join this organisation and there are currently at the forefront of innovation within a care home environment.

Location of the Nursing Home Manager role: This role can be accessible from Stoke-on-Trent, Nantwich, Northwich, Winsford, Congleton, Sandbach, Altrincham, Mere, Styal, Leek, Ashbourne, Chester, Stone, Macclesfield and Buxton. The Nursing Home Manager Candidate:
  • Must have nursing home management experience
  • Must have experience of achieving a Good or improved CQC rating.
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must be passionate about activities
  • Must be passionate about quality care The Nursing Home Manager Package:

The interview process for this role will be two stage.

Stage one - Face to face interview with the Regional Team Stage two - Zoom interview with Regional Director
