AtThe Hollies Private Day Nursery our Room Co-ordinators are the glue that bond our nursery together. They are the link between management and practitioners, relaying back important information whilst also ensuring that their room is an oasis of fun within which children can thrive and learn.

Here at The Hollies we’re looking for an experienced Room Co-ordinator who can work closely with our Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of a room, motivating and inspiring a team of practitioners to deliver exceptional care and education. You’ll have the vision to create high-quality, stimulating learning environments in which children can develop new skills and embark on magical adventures!

Requirements…
If you’re educated to Level 3 or above in Early Years, you can engage and support a team to deliver outstanding practice at all times and be that warm smiley face that makes every child feel special and loved, we want to hear from you!
