Main duties of the job

We are seeking a nurse with excellent up to date specialist clinical knowledge and skills, some experience of implementing changes within services would be beneficial.

The Nurse Practitioner will assist in triage of patients with complications post Systemic Anti-cancer treatment. The nurse practitioner will make clinical decision to deliver prompt gold standard care, that is safe, compassionate and focused.

Within this role, the Nurse Practitioner will also administer chemotherapy, for both Oncology and Haematology patients within the Day Unit to maintain competencies on a rotational basis

The role will involve liaising regularly with healthcare professionals across health care settings within North Wales and wider.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
