The City Recruiter are looking for experienced Nuclear Process Engineers to work on a 5 10-year project.Whether you’re a Junior Engineer looking to build a solid foundation, a mid-level professional seeking to expand your expertise, or an accomplished Principal Process Engineer, we are excited to welcome individuals at all levels.This position plays a pivotal role in bolstering various sectors within the United Kingdom, including nuclear decommissioning, power generation, new construction, and defence. Hybrid Working: We understand the importance of work-life balance. This role is offered on a hybrid basis, allowing you to spend 2 days 3 days working in our clients well-equipped offices and the other days working from the comfort of your home.Experience/Skills
  • Nuclear Experience:Ideally, you have hands-on experience in the nuclear industry, with a preference for candidates with prior exposure to projects.
  • Regulatory Expertise:Your role will involve ensuring strict compliance with industry standards and guidelines, making your regulatory expertise an indispensable asset.
  • Leadership/Management Skills:At all levels, from junior engineers to seasoned Principals, we are searching for individuals who can lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to achieve remarkable results.
  • Operational Research (OR) Modelling:Proficiency in OR modelling tools such as Simul8, Innov8, Witness, and Doors will be highly advantageous.
  • Dangerous Substances & Explosive Atmosphere Regulations (DSEAR):Familiarity with DSEAR regulations will enhance your qualifications.
Qualifications
  • BEng/MEng:A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering is a foundational requirement.
  • Chartered Chem Eng:Chartered status in Chemical Engineering is highly regarded.
  • UK Driving License:A valid UK driving license is a necessity.
  • British Passport:You must possess a British passport.
  • Right to Work:You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
