Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the sales of Haskel’s core products or services in in the UK Northern England and Ireland area.

Requirements:

        • Maintain, increase and control HASKEL product sales in the Northern England and Ireland Geographical Area.
        • Maintain, increase and control sales of the company’s following products in the Sales Areas stated above: Haskel Core Units & Spares, Systems, Butech VFT.
        • Proficient in problem solving and demonstrated ability to think critically and objectively.
        • Excellent interpersonal and people skills, collaboratively work with peers and all levels of the organization.
        • Liaise with the Managers to implement the sales strategy they have for the products. Define the targeted companies.
        • Monitor business trends and opportunities in the areas and report on any changes that are likely to influence sales or product development.

Responsibilities:

Monitor continually self-performance to ensure that the Region:

        • Achieve Plan.
        • Ensure all enquiries are responded to quickly and effectively.
        • Continue to improve the effectiveness of the visits and quotation requests
        • Liaise with the UK Manager to implement the sales strategy they have for the products and or target applications
        • Prepare a monthly commercial review on the main sales activities, enquiries, quotation requests and forecasting for the following 3 months.
        • Help prepare and submit annual sales budgets for all products including long term and short term forecasting

Initial education, knowledge, skills:

  • HNC/HND in a technical field or equivalent experience.

Skills:

Technical skill

  • Knowledge of P&ID (Schematics) drawings
  • Knowledge of High Pressure systems, both Gas and Liquid.
  • Knowledge of Pneumatically drive Pumps and Boosters
  • Technically detailed quotations

Requested experience

  • Sales experience (5 Years minimum) coupled with a strong mechanical and technical background ideally in high-pressure pumps, compressors and systems. Knowledge of Haskel’s key market segments is advantageous.
