NL & HD Training Scheduler - Part-time

We are searching someone with next level administration and organisation skills!

Our ideal person will work as part of a collaborative and focused training team and be responsible for the accurate coordination of all training activity. You will;

  • Ensure all admin is produced accurately and within set timelines
  • Secure training dates and trainer resource
  • Create and upload all training events on to our CRM system (training will be given)
  • Collaborate with our Training & Sales Managers to ensure capacity levels meet budget
  • Raise awareness of low class attendance and work to find solutions
  • Ensure all course calendars remain up to date
  • Organise trainer holiday and absence, liaising with the Training Manager
  • Organise travel requirements for trainers
  • Undertake stock ordering in our academies
  • Organise the certificate process

  • Understands the importance of speed and accuracy
  • Has a positive, friendly manner and works well with others
