Nightshift Production Operator

Due to continued business growth, we are looking to recruit Production Operators for our Chilled Business.

As a Production Operator you will be responsible for:
Safely manufacturing and packaging a variety of potato products such as chips, croquettes, slices, mash
Working to safety standards
Ensuring that the production process is adhered to at all times
Ensuring that the correct Food Safety, Quality and Hygiene procedures are followed
Working as part of a team
This work is within a Chilled Food Manufacturing Environment (both high and low risk) therefore previous experience working within a similar environment, along with Food Hygiene and HACCP Awareness, would be advantageous. All site specific and food safety training will be provided.
About The Role
HOURS OF WORK
Sunday to Thursday 20:30-05:00, 21:00-05:30
These are the core working hours and flexibility with start and finish times is required. Flexibility will also be required to include weekend working.
SALARY
£10.42 per hour.(+£1 per hour nightshift allowance)
LOCATION
Albert Bartlett, 251 Stirling Rd, Riggend, Airdrie ML6 7SP.

Our story began in 1948, when Albert Bartlett started our family tradition of selling good-quality produce by setting up a beetroot-boiling operation in Coatbridge, Scotland.

On that very same site, we made history when we became the first factory in Britain to pre-pack carrots in a plastic bag.
