We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient care, medication and administration.

Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming as required.
- Administer medications as instructed within a team of two.
- Follow care plans and document patient progress.
- Ensure resident rights are respected and upheld.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.

Provide reassurance and companionship as needed.

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Completion of a certified nursing assistant program is preferred but not required
