My client is a well-established mixed practice in Helston, Cornwall. They currently have 8 RVNs, 1 SVNS and 2 ANAs and we are now looking for 2 night nurses to monitor inpatients and assist with emergency work enabling us to provide 24-hour first-class care. You would be required to be present in the building as you would be in charge of the out of hours emergency phone line. You can sleep in-between in-patient checks, and emergencies. The night nurse would be in charge of administering medications under vet direction, patient assessments TPRs, monitoring, feeding/walking patients, cleaning accommodation. Giving clients updates on inpatients if vet is unavailable. Plus, anaesthetics monitoring for any emergency operations. Shifts: Weeknight shifts 6pm until 8am. Weekend shifts 1pm Saturday until Monday 8am. (Weekend could be split up) Full time roles or part time roles available. This is a new service we are providing, so night shifts can be sorted with candidates to work with their lifestyle. Plus having a week off in-between! Benefits:
