Daytime Healthcare is working alongside a well-established private school who are looking for a Night Manager to join their team.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside a great team and a school with some interesting facilities.

Role;
  • Leading the night team to deliver high-quality care for each and every night of the year.
  • Work closely with colleagues in promoting and maintaining the highest standards of education, care, wellbeing and achievements of the children.
  • Promote the safeguarding and welfare of children at all times
  • Ensure the environment is safe and stimulating for the children.
  • Manage night team workforce planning to ensure safe, fair and efficient deployment of staff.
You must have a Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare or equivalent with relevant experience.
