We are now recruiting an experienced Night Manager to join the team the fantastic Crowne Plaza Newcastle

Responsibilities

As Night Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests and staff during the night in line with Interstate core values

"Do The Right Thing" - Ensure a minimum of 2 security checks are carried out on each shift, with emphasis on fire safety and overall security of the building
"Be Your Best Self" - As an ambassador to the hotel, you will use your ecxpertise to deliver a first-class service to all guests at all times
"Think Like A Guest, Act Like An Owner" - Conduct the nightly audit to close the day’s business and liaise with the accounts team to ensure accuracy.
"Think We, Not Me" - Recruit, train and develop the Night team to ensure we Win Through Our People and provide an exceptional guest experience.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a Supervisory position within the Night team in a similar environment.
With a flair for hospitality, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards.
