We are currently recruiting for Night Managers for All Saints Hotel, Bury St Edmunds.

Due to expanding venue, we are looking to grow our Night Team

4-night rotation, inclusive of weekends.

10-hour shifts

Overview:

  • An amazing opportunity to join the All Saints Hotel and its expanding team.
  • As a Night Manager you will be responsible overseeing hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
  • Maintaining a professional and high-quality service-oriented environment at all times.
  • Act as manager on duty for the hotel in the absence of the Reception manager, dealing with complaints, problem solving, disturbances, special requests and any other issue that may arise.
  • Required to welcome our guests to the hotel in a friendly and helpful manner, ensuring that all public areas are clean and tidy.

About you:

  • Previous Night Porter / Managerial experience within Hospitality.
  • Demonstrating excellent attention to detail
  • Computer literate
  • Punctual & excellent time keeping.
