About the service:

Northfields is a supported living service locate in Bridgewater Somerset. The people we support in this service have varying needs from mild to moderate learning disabilities, autism and complex needs (challenging behaviour)

Your role will include:

  • Provide support and encouragement to people we support, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person centred support plan.
  • Enable and encourage the people we support to consider and prioritise their well-being based on their personal choice.
  • Enable the people we support to access the community and build and maintain friendships
  • Enable and encourage the people we support achieve their personal goals and pursue social or recreational activities.
