Detailed Job Description And Main Responsibilities

The post includes a service week model with tier 3 on call duties. Together with regular outpatient clinics, the work would comprise a 10 session contract, and includes involvement in clinical governance and management roles, developed via the job planning process. Study leave is well supported, and attendance at the regular departmental meetings is built in to the timetable. The contract consists of 10 sessions with a mean of 7 DCC and 3 SPA sessions a week

Main duties of the job

We would welcome special interest that complements our current service, but diabetes or emergency care would be particularly appealing. We have specialist clinics held locally with consultants from Alder Hey hospital, giving valuable CPD opportunities for us here in Bangor as well as enhancing patient experience by delivering expert care as close to home as possible.
