Overview

A fantastic opportunity is now available for a Newly Qualified Accountant on the outskirts of Birmingham. You will be joining a driven finance team in a well-established company which makes this is a great opportunity if you’re looking to enhance your career development and gain more exposure into team management and projects.

As the Newly Qualified Accountant you will assist in the delivery, maintenance and control of accounting services. You will play a key role in ensuring consistent accounting practices and high standards are met across the finance department, and liaise with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.

Skills required

  • Possess ambition, confidence and drive to allow you to advance and progress in your career for a forward-thinking company
  • Ability to effectively communicate at a variety of levels mange your workload to tight deadlines accurately
  • You will currently be ACA/ACCA Qualified with advanced Excel knowledge and a high attention to detail to improve systems and processes
  • Previous experience in a financial control role with experience of audits and consolidations
