TSR Legal are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading private practice with offices in Gloucester who are seeking a Wills and Probate Legal Executive to join their growing Wills and Probate department.

The Role

A fee earning position whilst progressing caseloads through to completion
Caseloads include Wills, Probate, Trusts, Estates and Lasting Powers of Attorney
To business develop in bringing on new clientele for the department
To work with the Head of Department

The Person

A qualified legal executive with at least 2 plus years Fee Earning experience
Has previously worked in a law firm in progressing matters
A strong technical understanding of current legislation
A good team player with ambition to progress their legal career
