We are currently looking for an NPD Manager to join us during an exciting period of growth.

As a key member of the Real Wrap team, you will be responsible and accountable for planning, delivering, and executing the Real Wrap NPD program from concept to launch. This is a crucial role within the business, driving the development of the Real Wrap brand and customer brand products, enabling us to grow our sales and profitability in line with our strategy.

Working closely with the sales, brand, technical, planning/procurement and operations teams, you will ensure the NPD process is managed, followed, and communicated internally and externally with our customers.

A hands-on role, you will have a high level of autonomy to develop products, develop and manage relationships with suppliers and crucially with our customers. The ideal candidate will achieve this through excellent cross-functional working, creativity and a passion for developing great products that are delivered brilliantly by the factory team.

This position would suit someone with previous experience within an NPD or Process Development role is essential, ideally in a chilled food environment, with experience of working with a factory team to deliver NPD launches. If you have experience with food nutrition science or a degree in a similar subject, this would be advantageous.
