The Role - New Homes Sales Consultant

We’ll soon be launching our brand new development, in what is considered to be one of the best locations in the county. The Orchards at Sampford Peverell marks an exciting time for us as a company, as we introduce ourselves and our beautiful homes to Devon.

The ideal candidate will have a proven record in new home sales and enjoy delivering excellent customer service. Responsible for driving and delivering sales in line with agreed targets, you’ll be based at our new on-site Sampford marketing suite. As well as developing relationships with prospective new customers and providing a top class customer journey, you will demonstrate an ability to develop strategies that provide the greatest opportunities to drive sales for the development.

Requirements

  • 2 years’ of sales consulting in new home sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
  • Full driving license

What we’re offering

  • Competitive basic salary and commission/bonus scheme
  • OTE £60,000
  • Mileage allowance
  • Hours: 10.30-5.00pm
  • Full time and part time positions available
  • Full time (5 days per week typically Thurs-Mon with one weekend off per month)/part time (2 days per week typically Tues & Wed and providing cover 1 weekend per month)
