Are you currently working in a customer service/retail role and looking to develop into a New Homes Sales Advisor within the new homes market?

I have two fantastic opportunities for people focused individuals who just love to make dreams come true! You will play a key role as a New Homes Sales Advisor within an established company who design and build quality, contemporary new homes.

I’m looking for customer focused individuals who strive to go the extra mile to deliver an exceptional service and see a project through to completion.

You must hold a full UK driving licence and own transport. Sites are based within Hull, East Yorkshire and you will receive paid mileage.

What will my role as New Homes Sales Advisor involve?

You will be the face of the new build sites, partnering with new home buyers enabling them to enjoy every step of the way! Providing information for prospective customers looking to create their home before it has been built!

Delivering an exceptional customer experience to each and every valued customer who are looking to buy their dream home… these are all pre-booked appointments and full training will be provided.

  • Meeting customers on the development sites
  • Offering guidance throughout the full process from specification to purchasing to handing over the keys
  • Building relationships with internal and external contacts, supporting with sales strategies to achieve the required development sales
  • Working closely with Marketing to ensure the presentation and marketing of the development is at a consistently high standard
  • Produce accurate written correspondence
  • Manage the onsite database
  • Liaise with 3rd party contacts including solicitors, estate agents and mortgage advisors
  • Collate and evaluate market research for the relevant sales teams

As the New Homes Sales Advisor, you will be passionate about delivering an exceptional service to each customer, offering knowledge and expertise once full training has been provided.

You will be a great listener, really taking the time to understand what your customer is looking for and working in partnership with all those involved to deliver on time.

This role has fantastic earning potential, starting with a basic salary of £24,000pa plus commission. In addition to this, there is an annual company bonus, 34 holidays (including bank holidays as these are a working day), mileage and career progression opportunities!

Working hours are 35 per week - Thursday 12pm – 7pm, Friday – Monday 10am – 5pm (Tuesday and Wednesday days off)

Location – Hull - East Yorkshire
