A day in the life of a New Homes Property Marketing Consultant
  • Sourcing New Developments
    • Pro-actively identify and engage with small local builders and large National PLC developers to secure new homes developments
    • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential opportunities in the real estate market
  • Relationship Building
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, builders and industry partners
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and co-ordination throughout the sales process
  • Sales Strategy & Planning
    • Develop & implement effective sales strategies to maximize the market potential of new homes developments
    • Create detailed sales plans for each project, outlining target audiences, pricing strategies and marketing initiatives
  • Marketing & Promotion
    • Work closely with the marketing team to design and execute targeted campaigns for new homes developments
    • Utilize various channels, including digital platforms and traditional marketing methods to generate interest and drive sales
  • Client Consultation
    • Provide expert guidance to clients on the benefits and features of new homes developments
    • Conduct property tours, host open houses, and facilitate presentations to potential buyers
    • Sales negotiation and closing
  • Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favourable terms for both the developer and the buyer
    • Oversee the sales porcess from initial contract to closing, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties involved

Essential Skills of a New Homes Property Consultant
  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Proven experience in property sales, ideally with a focus on new homes developments
  • Strong network within the property industry, particularly with small local builders and large National PLC developers
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyse market trends and make data-driiven decisions
  • Results-orientated with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work under own initiative

The Finer Details

We are currently conducting some interviews using video software. To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
  • We’ll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of:
    Passport/Birth Certificate
