Sales is about building the relationship, but it helps when you truly believe in what you are selling.

When would the satisfaction of telling a prospect that we have never lost a client to a competitor, get old? It’s been 13 years, and clients continue to say great things about us.

You’ll be joining a small team distributed across London and New York with well-established processes and templates, and an administrator who can help you keep on top of tasks so you can focus on what you do best.

We like to know where we can improve, so we have a great understanding of our stats, which means we can talk to you about how many calls makes a sale, sales lifecycle and so on. You’ll also be part of the process to expand the global sales team in 2021 and beyond.

It’s a playful and very supportive team, with a real focus on improvement. We want to make sure you are a happy and healthy member of the team, however we can.

The team keeps in touch and in the loop, through:

  • daily team calls
  • roleplay sessions
  • call reviews
  • IT training sessions
  • One to One meetings with Sales Manager

  • We have the data in our CRM and you’ll be calling them to set up a meeting to launch the sales process. It’s full cycle, and typically takes around 3 months.

    To qualify for this role, you will be an experienced senior sales professional with a proven track record in B2B sales, ideally with a technical background that can hit the ground running, selling to senior decision-makers within Financial Services.
