As a part of Creative Content Works’ continued growth and future plans we are looking for a New Business Director to join the team. You will be working closely with the existing New Business team to generate rapid growth across CCW’s core markets and services.

As a leader in the new business team you will need to be able to communicate commercially and strategically with new clients. You will be well versed in targeting blue chip clients at a CMO and Procurement level, generating leads and opportunities and delivering against CCW’s new business targets. Once in front of key client stakeholders, you will lead new business meetings, understand clients needs and articulate our ability to build partnerships and provide services.

You will also actively contribute to the marketing and communications strategy of the business, being a leading advocate of the business vision both internally and externally.

The ideal candidate will be confident, persistent and an experienced communicator.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Winning new clients and delivering against CCW’s annual sales targets
  • Finding and developing high level pitch and tender opportunities
  • Analyse clients markets, needs and opportunity points whilst clearly communicating solutions to new clients - thinking on your feet delivering this in real time
  • Working with the wider CCW team on new pitches and proposals
  • Engaging with the existing New Business team to add value to new client opportunities
  • Delivery of pitches and new business presentations
  • Utilising the existing database and generating new contacts
  • Grow the new business pipeline to agreed targets
  • Proactively react to and follow up on outbound marketing communications
  • Provide ongoing feedback and development into the sales and marketing strategy of the business to ensure we are always at the forefront of clients minds as a leader in our industry

Key requirements

  • Understanding of strategic and commercial elements of new business and sales
  • 5 years + in a similar senior new business role
  • Proven new business and sales revenue generation
  • Blue Chip client wins
  • Agency experience
  • Skilled written and verbal communicator
