Network & Security Support Engineer - Level 3 Corporate Resources is actively recruiting for a growing end to end cloud solutions service provider with their HQ based in the City of London. The purpose of the Network & Security Support Engineer is to deliver solutions into one key customer’s UK data centres and IaaS platform. This role is hybrid between Eastleigh/home. The role:-Working as a part of a team responsible for network and security infrastructure operations
  • Support customer’s UK data centre and IaaS network environment
  • Manage service requests and implementation plans for change requests
  • Work with technologies such as security technologies, cloud security, OSPF/BGP and switching
  • Produce and maintain high quality technical documentation
  • Provide technical guidance to fellow team members
  • Communicate with external customers clearly and concisely whilst updating them on any incidents
  • Work as a part of an out of hour on call rota to cover any emergency escalations The candidate:
  • 4-5 years experience as a Network & Security Support Engineer specialising in Palo Alto, Zscaler and Cisco
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • The ability to explain technical jargon to customers in a clear and concise manner
  • An organised, efficient individual who is able to prioritise accordingly
