CONTRACT ROLES - Genesys/IVR Domain experience required along with having worked in/on large scale, global, Contact Centre projects.

Role

3 month durations initially which will be extended further - Roles will be a mix of Office (London or Sheffield 2 days a week) and Home working - Candidates will need to be based in the UK and have the relevant Right to Work Documents - See below opportunity:

Network Architects - Day Rate inside of IR35, £600

Skills Needed

  • Expertise knowledge in network level call routing and call plan management - SIP protocols and VOIP signalling
  • Experience in large scale, global, Contact Centre Architecture and expertise in providing deployment of the Genesys Suite, testing and releasing routing strategies for voice.
  • Able to oversee various aspects of the Contact Centre setup using Genesys Administrator (GA)
  • Experience in Genesys Engage Inbound (Voice)
  • Genesys GAX, CME, GA, Genesys CX Cloud
  • Testing and releasing routing strategies for voice
  • Nice to haves will include Agile methodologies (incl. Scrum and Kanban) - Jira/Confluence - ServiceNow - Ansible Tower

NOTE - Roles will be starting in the next 3-4 weeks (after successful interview and background checks).
