We partner with life companies, banks, asset managers and discretionary wealth managers to enable them to develop and distribute financial products and services to their customers across all major distribution channels.

This is a system/data integration and governance role, principally within a Microsoft Dynamics Navision/Business Central (BC) environment to support corporate information systems within the global FNZ Group and its subsidiaries.

The individual will manage an ordered financial systems expansion, both organically and through acquisition integration.

In this role, the individual will work closely with an external system integrator to document system requirements and to support solution design, system configuration, user training, UAT and data cleansing and migration. The role holder will be responsible for adhering to the FCA’s Conduct Rules.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Intelligence within the Group Finance Team, this role will include:
  • Overseeing processes to manage the Group’s static corporate financial data including:
    • Navision Administration
    • Chart of Accounts
    • Entities
    • Teams, Divisions, Departments
    • Customers & Suppliers
    • Projects, Platforms and Customers
    • A Monthly data integrity cycle
    • Designing and implementing internal system controls and providing quality assurance over financial data
    • providing training to the wider finance team on new systems and procedures
  • System expansion, including:
    • Integration/Implementation of NAV for acquisitions
    • Data migration including preparation, manipulation and importing to support Navision/BC
    • Project management
    • PO System
  • Assisting with data integration to linked applications/systems e.g:
    • Workday
    • GateKeeper
    • Sharepoint
    • Excel
    • SQL databases
Requirements
  • It is essential that the applicant is numerate and has an analytical mind-set
  • The ability to communicate effectively (both orally and in writing) across the organisation
  • Good inter-personal skills to challenge senior management constructively where appropriate
  • Good attention to detail
  • Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central or comparable ERP/Accounting solutions
  • Experience working with other browser-based information management systems e.g Sharepoint or Workday
  • Expereince of data management in a large, complex, multi-system organisation
  • QlikView or Qlik Sense
