Complex Care - Learning Disabilities/Autism

Salary - £56,650 - £60,000

Car allowance - £5,000

We are currently looking to recruit a highly experienced National Service Development Lead to take on the role with a national provider of complex Learning Disability/Autism care within the community.

This role is predominantly home based however it will involve national travel as needed.

The primary purpose of the Service Development Manager (SDM) is to undertake new business generating activities, across all services in the business, in order to deliver against an agreed P&L performance, in accordance with the agreed budget objectives and defined operating standards.

This will be achieved via a combination of planned growth alongside the optimisation of the existing client portfolio.

This is a multifaceted role, requiring the post holder to balance a portfolio of activities as follows:
  • Effective partnership working with the Operations Manager and Lead Complex Nurse Specialists in each region.
  • To secure expansion into geographical areas of your region where they company not currently operate - remaining focussed on business growth via Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs).
  • Delivering sales growth within existing CCGs through effective account penetration activity.
Having a clinical background for this role is not essential but may be beneficial.

They are offering a highly competitive salary of £56,650-£60,000 plus a £5000 car allowance along with many other benefits.
