If you are enthusiastic, target driven and striving for a career, not just a job, we need you to join our Telemarketing Broking Team based in Taunton.

This is a pivotal role in the Towergate, where you will support a sales team of Account/Development Executives, researching and calling data, managing and updating the prospect system and increasing the number of leads/appointments booked within the company.

Using your initiative and selling skills and excellent telephone manner, you will speak to customers in order to secure appointments for our internal and field-based sales teams and executives. Typically you will be cleansing and researching data and making between 60-100 calls per day to achieve on average of 9 appointments per day.

Skills And Experience Required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong abilities in Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to manage data effectively
  • Previous insurance experience would be preferential but not a requirement
  • Previous experience in either a sales environment and/or contact centre
