National Fulfilment Driver (4 on 3 off, 2am start)

This is an excellent opportunity with one of the fastest-growing companies in the Sports Nutrition Industry. Nutrivend has grown rapidly over the last number of years, and we are now looking to recruit Fulfilment Drivers to join our Fulfilment Team. Our head office and main warehouse is in Pontyclun, just outside Cardiff (CF72 9HG). As our new Fulfilment Driver, you will be responsible for restocking and maintaining vending machines at customer sites as well as fulfilling wholesale orders from gyms across the UK.

The candidates will become the face of the company to the client, and so you must be personable, professional, and presentable always. You will also enjoy interacting positively with all clients. This is a physically demanding job, looking after machines spread across different sites, so a good level of fitness is needed, and full training will be provided. You will be required to have a full UK driving licence. The job role will vary from collecting stock to installing and delivering products nationwide. Drivers are required to start at 2am and stay away if required (hotels/accommodation is paid for by the Company).

The Role

This is a pivotal role within Nutrivend, and the candidate is expected to integrate within the Fulfilment Team, assuring all tasks and duties are executed correctly. Nutrivend is looking for an individual with a "can-do" and flexible attitude, who is professional, trusted to deliver great service to our customers, responsible and flexible to business needs with positive energy.

Will have a full training programme which enables all drivers to progress to Grade 3 Fulfilment Driver/Service Engineer.

Critical Success Factors

• Target 100% completion of daily tasks
• Sickness target < 2%
• Be presentable and courteous at all times
• Ensure jobs are complete in the allocated time
• Use of all company systems accurately

Responsibilities

• Ensure all machines are filled with the Pre-Packed stock provided.
• Ensure machines are clean and fault free before leaving site.
• Complete first line vending machine fixes.
• Report any issues and completion of any service tasks to head office before leaving site.
• Rotate stock in the machines and adhere to planogram compliance.
• Collection and safe transportation of cash from machines back to head office.
• Deliver orders complete to customer sites, informing them in advance of your expected arrival.
• Load your vehicle safely, and securely to ensure items remain free from damage.
• Ensure company vehicles are clean, tidy and report any issues immediately.
• Accurate recording information required in the Systems.
• Immediately report any customer dissatisfaction.
• Immediately report any vehicle damage.

• Operate all company vehicles in adherence with appropriate laws and restrictions.

• Penalty point (endorsements) must be maintained below 7.

Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
