Multilingual Business Development Manager

£25,000 to £30,000 Per annum (DOE) + Uncapped Commission

Permanent

Preston, Lancashire, United Kingdom – Office based

Client Profile:

Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier within the automotive sector. They are now going through their next phase of expansion and are looking for a Multilingual Business Development Manager to work in their offices based in Preston.

Duties:

The Business Development Manager Development Manager will be responsible for the following:

-Developing new Business and managing existing accounts to increase business

-Building long term relationships

-Managing agents and distributors

-Market price research

-Setting sales strategies and strong relationships within the territory

-Setting marketing strategies within the territory

-Providing quotes

-Represent the company at Exhibitions in the territory

-Frequent customers visits in the territory, on average 10 to 12 international visit per annum

Personal Specification:

The successful candidate for the role ofBusiness Development Managermust have the following skills:

-Fluent in any additional European languages e.g German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Romanian etc as well as English to business level

-Between 3 to 5 years Business Development experience

-Automotive industry background is beneficial, but not essential.

-Motivated and Driven

-Ability to multi task and prioritise workload

-Good listening Skills

-Must be hard working and proactive

-Must be focused on the client

This role will allow you to use your languages and Sales experience while gaining experience in a company where you have opportunities for progression.

The company is providing a very competitive salary (Between £25000 to £30,000 depending on experience) as well as uncapped commission OTE £35k to £38k, so if this is a role which interests you please do not hesitate to contact our team.
