Multi Trader - Social Housing - Voids

ARC RT are currently recruiting for 4 Multi Traders to join one of our clients, one of the Midlands fastest growing property management companies.

Due to a significant project win they are looking to hire additional multi traders to work on their voids package of works. They have 35,000 voids to refurbish over the coming years and no two jobs will be the same.

All of the work will be getting the void properties back to living / rental ready standards. Some of the properties will need a full refurbishment with new kitchen and bathrooms, plastering, tiling, flooring and decorating. Others will need only a few minor works to get the property ready.

As a multi trader you should have a broad range of skills from plastering, carpentry, tiling and decorating. Our client is looking for each of their multi traders to have one strong discipline (be qualified in either plumbing, carpentry or plastering).

All works will be within the Midlands. You will be expected to work on your own on smaller jobs and in a team for larger jobs.

In return my client will offer a generous starting salary of £35,000 with overtime and additional bonuses on offer which can see you earn upwards of £40,000 per year. Due to their rapid growth they are unable to offer a van to each employee so you would need your own van. However, they will provide you with a fuel card.
