Multi Trade Operative​

As a result of our success, we have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic​ Multi Trade Operative ​to work on our Social Housing programs within the Carlisle, Whitehaven, Maryport, Workington and surrounding areas areas. The scope of the works will be Bathroom & Kitchen refits in tenanted & Void properties. ​

Key Skilled required: ​

  • Previous experience working as a dedicated Multi Trade Operative with the ability to work on multiple workstreams
  • Applications are welcome from experienced candidates that have a trade background, ideally with Joinery or plumbing, that can cover a full multi trade role.
  • A successful candidate will need to provide evidence of qualifications and training, NVQ or time served
  • Must be experienced in working in the Social Housing sector
  • A Full UK driving license is essential​
