Job Title:Multi Trade Maintenance Person

Contracted Hours: Full Time

Shift pattern:9am-5pm Monday – Friday (On Call - Call outs during out of hours included)

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000

Location:Nuneaton, North Warwickshire

Driving Licence: Required

Forge Care’s flagship new service, The Forge, is a brand-new, purpose designed Therapeutic Community for children, that is dedicated to facilitating recovery from early traumatic life experiences, disrupted attachment and to reducing the impact of adversity, so that children can make sense of their pasts.

Role information

Maintaining homes/ site to a high standard – internal external and internal

Maintenance of the ground/ gardens

To carry out H&S audits and regular checks

To complete PAT testing across all electrical items across the site

To inspect fire doors and make sure they meet regulation

To identify any safety issues on the site

Experience

2 years plus as a multi trade tradesman

Experience in a simular setting

Facilities Management

Risk assessment & planning
