Lionsgate Contractors are currently looking for a Multi Trade Operative to work on multiple projects covering Kent and surrounding areasThe ideal Multi Trade Operative will have experience in one or more of the following trades:Plumbing Carpentry General MaintenancePainting and Decorating Fencing Landscaping / GardeningPVC Installations PlasteringBricklayingRequired Experience:City & Guilds, BTEC’s and NVQs - Preferred not essentialCompleted courses for Health and Safety in one or more of the above trades As a Multi Trade Operative, whether you are working in resident or commercial environments, there are other skills that could prove useful to you: 5 years’ experience in 2 of the trades mentioned in regular dutiesA-class customer serviceAbility to fill out risk assessments and method statements Ability to resolve problems and adhere to health and safety guidelines Ability to deal with other contractors or maintenance workers Being resourceful and self-motivated Being flexible Able to resolve complaints quickly and efficiently Able to work as part of a team Good communication Work will involve travelling around Kent and surrounding areas - Mileage is paidPermanent contract available for the right personRate negotiablePlease apply now or contact Lionsgate Contractors on (phone number removed) for more information
