Job Description

Experienced MULTI-SKILLED TRADESPERSON urgently required for Immediate Start

Hours: 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday (some Saturday’s dependent on volume of work).

Starting: 7am at office in Blandford.

Pay: Paid weekly in arrears, hourly rate dependent on skills/experience.

Status: Self-employed subcontractor (UTR no & CIS registration required)

Tools: Tools & works vehicle provided

We are a Dorset based family company, we carry out all types of building, roofing and maintenance work for several property management companies, as well as for the general public.

Roofing

Types of work we do include:
  • Single tile/slate replacement to complete new roof
  • Felt (Torchon) and GRP flat roofing, Sheet metal roofing and Polycarbonate sheet roofing.
  • Guttering, fascias and soffits – replacement, repairs & cleaning.
Building
  • Full spec new builds
  • Extensions, garages, ground works, driveways, patios, concreting
  • Internal alterations, disabled adaptations
  • Bathroom & kitchen installations
Maintenance
  • Pointing, brickwork, block work, rendering, cavity wall insulation extraction
  • Rendering, plastering, redecoration
  • Window replacement
  • Fencing
