Job Title:Multi Skilled Operative - Kitchen Installations



Salary:£34,147.65 per annum



Location:On site with base in Stafford



Hours:40 hours per week, permanentWe currently have an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Operative to join our in-house Construction company Property Plus, on a permanent basis.We’re looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.The roleAs a Multi-Skilled Operative in the Planned team, you will carry out the removal and installation of Bathrooms, Shower Rooms and Kitchen Installations to the Groups properties as necessary. You will carry out all the traditional duties of a multi-skilled fitter, primarily wet trades, but also including carpentry work to boxing, bath panels, studding, skirtings, and doors plus related finishes. A primary part of this work will involve wall and floor tiling to an excellent standard, including installing shower trays and fitting kitchen worktops.What skills and experience we are looking for:- A suitable City and Guilds NVQ trade qualification
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Experience of working at height
  • Experience of working within a team
  • Multi-skilled experience i.e.. completing different trade work, with a primary skill set of plumbing and tiling
  • Customer care skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Demonstrate good planning and organisation skills
  • Effectively communicate with staff, residents over the phone, by email, or in person. IT literate.
  • Experience of fitting bathrooms and shower rooms (Desirable)
