Job content
We are looking for a reliable, competent and experienced multi-skilled operative to join our in-house team. You will be joining a team of 7 in-house staff, supported by external contractors for specialist works.
The role includes a variety of internal and external works which vary to include:
- Groundworks: preparation, paving, drainage and surface prep;
- Internal hot and cold plumbing with solvent weld and compression fittings;
- Floor repair;
- Stud wall construction and repair;
- Brick and block wall construction;
The following additional skills are advantageous but not required:
- Plastering experience;
- Part P Electrical experience;
- Telehandler operator experience.
The Trust are prepared to employ direct (PAYE) or contract on a day rate basis.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £100.00-£125.00 per day
Additional pay:
- Yearly bonus
