Clarke Maintenance Services haas been established for over 14 years , we’re a family run business specialising in reactive maintenance in the retail and commercial and hospitality sectors, Throughout the North west.

We’re recruiting for the following positions.

2 x Multi skilled building maintenance engineers.

Our works involve, Electrical, Plumbing, Joinery, General handyman repairs. from basic repairs to more complex refurbishments.

Responsibilities.

Providing planned and reactive building maintenance services within the retail, social housing and commercial & hospitality sectors.

Planned refurbishment works working in the commercial and domestic sectors

Interacting and dealing with clients

Work on domestic properties as well as commercial properties

Must have a keen driven attitude

Must be able to plan and organise their works in a timely manner

Must have 4+ years’ experience on the tools within

Must have held a full driving licence for at least 4 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £30,420.00-£38,000.00 per year
