This role we have to offer would suit an experienced multi site manager.

the requirement of this role would be to work on site managing the outlet for the majority of your contracted hours. Up to 3/4 venues would require management. Admin and operational hours would take up to 1/3 of the contracted hours with the other on site working alongside your supervisors, shift managers etc.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Manager to drive the performance of some of our existing outlets of restaurants, cafes and retail outlet.

We will match your existing skills and experience to our sites.

The successful candidate will be a key strategic position within the company.

We are looking for someone who is experienced and passionate about hospitality and retail outlets. Business minded with enthusiasm and energy to make things happen! Working closely with the site managers to bring the best out of your team and develop the key company objectives will be the main focus. Being involved daily with each outlet to support and nurture the managers, frontline staff and the business. This role will entail problem solving, auditing and performance reviews, financial monitoring and strategies along with always keeping the frontline of the business at its best for our high customer service standards.

Supporting your Management Team to streamline, develop and progress all aspects of the business, you will ensure that the sites operate efficiently and profitably, while maintaining and improving our reputation and ethos. The businesses will need you coordinate a variety of activities, and be responsible for the business performance, quality standards and health and safety compliance of the business.

Combining strategic planning and day-to-day management activities, the role is both business-like and creative, particularly in terms of marketing and business development. 2023 will see new and exciting projects, re launching exiting outlets ensuring sustainable growth within our business. A planned new pop up beachside food and beverage offering and retail outlet will require a driven and motivated candidate to ensure the success of these projects.

Role Specific Objectives

·To drive long-term profitability of the business including cost control management

.Communication skills are key for this role

·To improve levels of service and experience for our customers

·Achieve the forecasted gross profit and wage cost percentage levels

·Standard Management Objectives

·To train, coach and develop your team, maximising individual performance

·To provide focused and motivated leadership

·Managing the appropriate operational management of each individual unit

·Working closely, daily and weekly, with each unit Manager to ensure objectives are met

·Ability to fulfil a 48 hour contract

Experience of Candidate

·Background in Hospitality

·Experience in Team Management

·Responsible for Operations, Marketing and Commercial activities

·Responsible for Customer and Supplier liaison and is comfortable and confident in acting as an ambassador of the company.

·Leadership skills and accountability

·Good communication skills

·Driving Licence with flexibility to travel between businesses

·Minimum 3 years experience in the industry, in a similar role

Salary OTE £32,000 - £39,000 (dependent on experience)
