Experienced Motorcycle Technician Advert


Due to our continued growth we are recruiting more skilled and talented motorcycle technicians and bike mechanics in full time and part time roles offering flexible working day and hours. Whether you are a motorcycle hobbyist, someone seeking an apprenticeship or further training, or an experienced technician we want to hear from you.


We offer a modern fully air-conditioned workshop, a fast paced environment, work throughout the year and exposure to all makes and models of bike from BMW, Ducati, Harley Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha and many others .


Role information:


Based in Egham, Surrey

Salary OTE £48,000

Flexible working days and hours available Monday to Friday 6:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday 6:00am to 12:00pm.

Full Time, Part Time and full time 4 day weeks available


Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnosing faults and ensuring underlying problems are resolved
  • Stripping, fitting and replacing components on;

o Engines

o Electricals

o Brakes

o Suspension


  • Motorcycle Servicing (First, Interim and Major)
  • New Bike PDI
  • Mechanical Repairs


Experience/Qualifications/Skills


Essential

  • Motorcycle or motor trade experience as a career or hobby
  • Fault finding, technical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines (we repair more motorcycles than anyone else in Europe)
  • A passion to deliver outstanding service
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Flexible in your approach to work and learning new skills
  • Goal focused

Desirable

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Motorcycle mechanics
  • A valid motorcycle license
  • Previous experience working in a busy workshop
