We have an exciting opportunity for a friendly and reliable Retail Sales Advisor to join our team at Lancaster Motorcycles.

What you’ll be doing: As a Retail Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and going above and beyond to make our customers happy, building relationships to fully identify their needs, and providing recommendations and advice using product knowledge. You will help the team meet daily sales targets and boost your store’s success by promoting seasonal and special items.

You will take pride in the appearance of the store, keeping it clean and tidy, and check off incoming and outgoing deliveries.

What you’ll need: We are looking for people with a real desire to learn and make our customers happy. You will need to be confident, and enthusiastic and enjoy working in a busy retail environment.

Having a motorcycle license is not a requirement but would be a massive bonus! If you don’t have one we’ll be happy to help!

Previous experience within retail and ideally a motorcycle retail environment would be beneficial but not essential.

About the role

Hours of work:

  • Monday to Saturday (8:30 am to 5:30 pm)
  • Sunday (10:00 am to 4:00 pm)
  • Bank Holidays (10:00 am to 5:00 pm)
