Motor Trade Insurance Sales Executive

We are currently looking for an experienced sales person to join our growing Motor Trade Insurance Sales team. The role will focus on speaking to potential customers that have already expressed an interest in the product – so no cold calling!

Previous experience in the insurance industry is beneficial but we would also consider applicants with a strong office-based telesales background.

Please note due to the current situation in relation to Covid-19, the requirements of the business, and therefore this role, are temporarily different to how they will be once things return to normal.

Currently our team all work remotely but we will be returning to our offices in Walsall, in the future.

The full-time working hours are 42.5 hours per week on average. The current hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm, and every other Saturday 9am-2pm. The normal contractual hours of this role are arranged in shift patterns between 9am and 7.30pm on Monday-Thursday, 9am-6pm on Friday, and 9am-2pm on Saturday.

We offer a healthy, uncapped bonus scheme, and a basic starting salary appropriate for your age (OTE £30,000+).

We are looking for someone who:

o has a strong track-record in sales, preferably within the insurance sector

o has strong verbal communication skills

o is highly motivated and driven to succeed

o has the discipline required to work remotely and independently (when required)

o is computer literate and has the ability to multi-task and prioritise

o has a good attention to detail

o enjoys working to, and exceeding, targets

You will need to have a room in your home where you can work in private and uninterrupted, and suitable broadband connection.
