As a result of their success they are now looking to recruit motivated and driven sales professionals to start a new career as a Protection Advisor. The role will involve a high level of continuous activity from leads to achieve sales performance targets in specific areas. You will provide customers with a range of insurance options depending on their circumstances, whilst listening carefully and empathetically to their needs.

What’s important is that you deliver the perfect balance of outstanding customer care, regulatory adherence and impressive workload efficiency to exceed your performance targets and KPIs. That will be achieved through eagle-eyed attention to detail, a warm and friendly approach that builds rapport and trust, and really understanding each customer’s needs.

As part of the role you will also study and complete CertPro, LIBF qualification gaining expert status.

- Able to actively listen to customers needs and provide appropriate solutions
