Duties to include:

· Managing an existing client bank. Keeping in touch and actively contacting clients that have renewals due.

· Managing your own diary and seeing clients at a time suitable to them.

· Arranging mortgages for new and existing clients.

· Must be self sufficient and productive looking after clients throughout the entire sales process from start to finish.

· Building rapport and proactively growing existing client bank through referrals.

· Communicating clearly between all parties involved and making sure that everything goes as smoothly as possible.

· Completing full fact finds with clients and identifying opportunities and referrals.

· Making sure that all cases meet compliance standards and provide the best and most suitable advice for all clients.

Requirements:

· Must hold full CeMAP or equivalent qualification.

· Have experience in giving mortgage advice in a broker environment.

· Great track record of sales experience.

· Be self motivated and driven.

· Must have experience of using Microsoft Office and ideally mortgage platforms.

· Full UK Drivers licence.

About us:

We are an existing business working alongside an insurance brokerage. As part of this role you will be working on your own so self sufficiency is very important. There is an existing client bank that has been built up over many years with many loyal customers that will need to be looked after whilst also building on relationships and identifying referral opportunities.

You will need to be excellent at managing sales from start to finish. From keeping in touch with existing clients, making sure that clients are notified about upcoming renewals in plenty of time and dealing with new enquiries. You will need to provide tailored advice to each individual client and make sure they are kept informed from start to finish. Appointments will be both face to face and over the phone.

Making sure that you are compliant always is a must and keeping up to date with changes in the market and CPD will be a priority.

Job Type: Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
