Clark James Recruitment are working with a leading Mortgage Brokerage in Guildford, Surrey.

Due to expansion our client are looking to expand their team of Mortgage Advisers due to increased levels of business.

Role

  • We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Broker to work out of a very busy office.
  • The office has a proven track record of delivering quality leads.
  • Our client also has a large existing client base with all business provided to the successful applicant.
  • The role is full time office working.
  • Full admin support will be provided.

Skills required

  • CeMAP or equivalent (essential).
  • Tenacious approach to leads.
  • Excellent timekeeping/ability to meet deadlines.
  • Customer focused.
  • Team player.
  • Good communicator.
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
  • IT literate - Word, Excel, Outlook.

Package

  • Employed or, self-employed packages available.
  • Employed - Basic salary negotiable for successful candidate.
  • Realistic OTE.
